The mouth is an entrance to the rest of the body, and with which there are many communications. Oral cavity problems (such as infections) can spread to the rest of the body. That\u2019s why a healthy mouth contributes to a healthy body &#8211; let\u2019s educate our children, because when you\u2019re little, you twist the cucumber.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5659620d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5659620d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Does the milk tooth have cavities? Do they need to be treated?  <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2118a3ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2118a3ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Of course!<\/strong><\/p><p>Cavities are formed by the acid production of bacteria that cause tooth destruction (such beetles making houses in their teeth), and a decydulous tooth can easily &#8220;contaminate&#8221; those on the side.<\/p><p>Cavities can cause discomfort or pain to the child, interfering with chewing, or even evolve into an infectious process (abscess). These abscesses can affect the surrounding tissues and in turn interfere with the formation of the definitive tooth, which is just below! <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d5ee47d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3d5ee47d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">It\u2019s not a problem to lose a milk tooth, is it? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fd1250 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6fd1250\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>YES!!<\/strong><\/p><p>Milk teeth are the natural &#8220;space butters&#8221; for definitive teeth. They are responsible for guiding the eruption of the teeth that will be born next. <\/p><p>The loss of a tooth, at a time that was not supposed, will change the entire arrangement of the teeth and influence the growth of the face, this being one of the major causes of the subsequent need for orthodontic treatment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-933e19d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"933e19d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Last but not least, the tooth fairy gives a better reward for healthy teeth!<\/p><p>Educate your children on good oral health practices and schedule regular appointments with Dr. Mariana Gomes, our dental nurse. <\/p><p>Do not make your child part of the 67.7% of Portuguese children who have never visited the dentist.
